ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

Generations is about proclaiming God's faithfulness from generation to generation (Psalm 145:4). As Stonebridge continues to grow, seeing men, women, young, and old alike come to faith in Jesus Christ, the opportunity to purchase a long-term home has opened.

Stonebridge intends to purchase and renovate a 180,000+ square foot building on 20 acres in Cool Springs to create a home for proclaiming, teaching, discipleship, and training of God’s people to fulfill the mission God has given to His church (Matt. 28:16-20).

By God's providence, this property has been made available for $15,000,000 below market value, giving Stonebridge an opportunity to establish roots for decades to come.

IMMEDIATE GOAL (Spring ‘26)

Initially, our plans are to purchase the building and retrofit a portion of the facility to create a space more than 2x our current size, providing:

HOW BIG WILL NEW FACILITY BE?

The new building is already 180,000 square feet. Our initial development will be designed to comfortably seat 1,400 people and minister to 350 children per service. This will include a dedicated middle and high school space, and the future ability to do so much more.

WILL THE CAMPAIGN STRAIN OUR OPERATING BUDGET?

Apart from a significant portion of people transferring their giving from general to building, the campaign should not strain our operating budget.

IS IT APPROPRIATE TO SEEK DONATIONS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY OUTSIDE OUR CHURCH?

Yes, sharing the vision of the campaign with friends and family outside the church community is encouraged if they are willing to support.

WHERE WILL BUILDING FUNDS BE HELD UNTIL USED?

Funds are held in a liquid, zero risk, interest bearing Money Market directly tied to the Federal Reserve Bank. Our mission is high stewardship and high accountability.

WHAT ARE THE MID-WEEK MINISTRIES WE WOULD START?

Mid-week Children’s ministry (think AWANA), mid-week classes and discipleship, Bible-institute, co-op, dedicated middle and High school space, conferences, fundamentals of the faith, evangelism training courses, sports-league (for evangelistic purposes), and more!

SHOULD I REDIRECT MY GENERAL GIVING TO THE BUILDING CAMPAIGN?

While both are important, consider giving above and beyond your regular giving to support the building campaign if you’re able to do so.

CAN I DONATE STOCKS OR OTHER ASSETS?

WILL THE CHURCH TAKE ON DEBT?

Our goal is to be conservative with any debt and not to exceed what we would pay monthly for a similarly sized lease.

WHAT ARE THE TIMELINES FOR MOVING INTO A NEW BUILDING?

After the funding and acquisition of the building, we expect to be in the first phase of our long-term church home in 10-12 months.

WILL FUNDS DESIGNATED FOR BUILDING BE USED ELSEWHERE?

Donations designated for the building fund will be used solely for the intended purpose of the building campaign.
